Dr M.J. Gina obtained a Doctoral degree in Education Management in 2014 from the Tshwane University of Technology. He currently serves as a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Management at the Faculty of Education.

He has published articles around the management of safety and security in schools. He has established links between the University of the West of England and six schools in the Amajuba District and this project made him to undertake several tours with learners and educators to the United Kingdom on a fund-raising mission to improve school resources.

Qualifications:

DEd (TUT); MTech Education (TUT); BTech Education Management (Technikon Pretoria); HED (Natal); STD (Umlazi); Teachers’ Certificate in Art and Crafts (Ndaleni Art School); PTC (Ndaleni).
