Dr Thelma Zenzele Ngidi obtained a Doctoral Degree in the Department of Curriculum Studies and obtained Masters Degree in the Department Educational Management and Planning from the University of Zululand. She is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Management in the Faculty of Education.

Research interests: 

Her research area is on School Management and Leadership. She supervises Masters students and PhD students. She has promoted  Master students as a main supervisor and PhD studets as a co supervisor.
