Mrs Mkhonza studied at North West University and obtained National Professional Diploma in Education (NPDE) and is currently doing  an Advanced Certificate in Teaching (ACT). She currently works as a Department secretary for Educational Psychology & Special Education as well as MSTE.

Her office is responsible for assisting both undergraduate and post graduate students by determining who can best provide information needed by the student.
