Welcome to the Department of Science and Technology Education (MSTE). As the name denotes, MSTE has three related yet distinct foci: Mathematics, Science and Technology Education. As part of fulfilling the Faculty’s mandate as well as the University’s vision and mission statement, MSTE ensures the dissemination of quality education by upholding high academic standards, supported by interactive participation of students and lecturers in meaningful, active and practical oriented teaching.  The Department further has several plans to make a real difference in how teachers in Mathematics, Science, Technology Education are trained.
